Chad ValyearChad Valyear Chad Valyear as himself

Lead singer of the band Valyear, Chad Valyear, has an amazing story that is an inspiration for those who fall into very dark places.

Director's Statement

I first met Chad at a music gig where we opened for his band, Valyear. After a few minutes of conversation, I knew there was a journey in this guy that needed to be told. I got up the courage to ask if I could interview him and he jumped at the chance. This is just a snapshot of a two hour conversation I had with Chad. Truly a story of an amazing transformation that I hope inspires others to do the same.
